From 2002 to 2013, as Director Asset Management and Developent Italia, he has been chief of the Italian operations in Bizzi & Partners Development. From 1996 to 2002, he worked as C.e.O of Pro Kapital Latvia, leader real estate group in the baltic republics.

Dr. LUIGI GIANNUZZI SAVELLI
He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. After having worked as financial journalist, he spent 8 years in Pirelli Real Estate Group as asset manager. He is currently Head of Distressed & Non Performing Markets at Investire SGR and he is supervising 3 funds for a total of 470 mio. assets.
